Support that answers, and fixes it
Most businesses come to us for the same reasons: the same faults keep coming back, help takes too long, and nobody really owns the problem. LANIX becomes the IT support desk your people call — engineers based in London, on the ground for businesses there and right across the UK — so your team stops losing hours to tech and gets back to work.
Fully supported cover for a single fixed price — every ticket, visit and out-of-hours callout included. No hourly rates appearing after a bad week.
Across the environments we support, unplanned downtime stays below 0.01% — because we watch, patch and fix before your team ever raises a ticket.
Every year we review what you actually used. If the numbers say you are paying for more than you need, your fee comes down or we rebate the difference.
Fewer tickets, and the same fault stops coming back.
A skilled engineer who knows your setup picks up the phone.
A London-based team who can be on site when remote is not enough.
You know exactly what your IT support costs — this year and next.
A London-based desk staffed by certified, experienced engineers — not a queue of first-line script readers. These are the numbers from the sites we support every day.
Not every business needs the same amount of help. Take everything off your plate, pay only for the hours you use, or hand us just the parts you would rather not own.
We are your IT department
Help when you need it, nothing when you do not
Cover only the parts you want us on

The everyday work that keeps your staff productive. All of it is included in fully supported cover, and any of it can be picked individually.
Helpdesk and remote support with agreed response times by severity.
Monitoring, patching and maintenance of servers, laptops and networks.
Microsoft 365 day-to-day admin — new starters, leavers and permissions.
Antivirus, updates and everyday security housekeeping on your devices.
On-site visits from our London engineers when remote support is not enough.
Day-to-day support often runs beside larger pieces of work — an office move, ageing hardware or a network that needs replacing.

Planned office moves and site build-outs — comms rooms, cabling, hardware, phones and users relocated with minimal downtime.
Devices, servers and network hardware replaced on a planned cycle so the endpoint estate matches the new platform.
Switching, Wi‑Fi, firewalls and circuits sized for cloud workloads — the connectivity layer a migration depends on.
IT support services keep your technology working and your staff productive: a helpdesk your people can call when something breaks, monitoring and patching of servers, laptops and networks, everyday Microsoft 365 administration, security housekeeping and on-site help when remote is not enough. With LANIX you choose how much of that you want us to carry.
Fully managed support puts everything on us for one fixed monthly price. Pay-as-you-go support means you call when you need help and pay only for the time we spend, with no commitment. Pick-and-choose support lets you keep your internal IT and hand us only the elements you want covered — the helpdesk, servers, Microsoft 365, security or out-of-hours cover.
If you have no internal IT and want one team accountable, choose fully managed. If you are small, occasional and want to try us first, start pay-as-you-go. If you already have someone in-house who needs backup or specialist escalation, pick-and-choose fits best. You can move between them as you grow.
On fully managed support, the fixed price covers your tickets, monitoring, maintenance, user changes and agreed on-site visits. There is no per-incident invoice landing after a bad week. Genuinely separate pieces of work — a new office, a migration, new hardware — are quoted as projects up front, so you always see the cost before it happens.
Across the environments we support, unplanned downtime stays below 0.01% of working time. We get there by watching your systems continuously, patching on schedule and fixing developing faults before your team notices them, rather than waiting for a ticket.
Once a year we go through what you actually used — tickets raised, hours consumed, licences and services paid for. If the picture shows you are paying for more cover than you need, we reduce your annual fee for the year ahead or rebate the difference. It is the same review that catches licences nobody is using.
Response times are agreed in writing and set by severity. For critical issues that stop people working we aim to respond within minutes, not hours, and you will be speaking to an engineer who already knows your setup.
Yes. Extended hours and on-call cover for critical incidents can be included in fully managed support or added as one of your pick-and-choose elements — we will set out exactly which hours are covered before you sign anything.
We typically support SMEs from around 20–250 users across sectors such as professional services, real estate, finance and non-profits — based in London and across the UK, with engineers who can attend site when needed.
Fully supported cover in the UK is normally priced per user per month, and UK SMEs typically sit somewhere in the region of £50–£150 per user depending on how many users and servers you have, the hours of cover you need and how much security and licensing is included. Pay-as-you-go and pick-and-choose are priced on the time or elements you actually take. Rather than guess, contact us for a clear IT support price and we will give you one fixed figure for your environment with nothing hidden.
Tell us where IT is causing you grief and which of the three support options sounds closest. We will come back with a straightforward plan and a fixed price. London-based, supporting businesses anywhere in the UK.
