Word and Outlook for marketing and sales
Draft proposals, campaign copy and client emails with a better starting point. Learn to give context, describe the audience and refine the result rather than accepting the first answer.
Microsoft Copilot training for UK businesses and teams, organised by role and delivered on-site in London or remotely across the UK. Mixed-ability groups, small businesses and whole departments learn how Copilot helps with their real work, and where to draw the line.
Tell us your team size and what they do — we’ll build the session around it.

Less uncertainty. More useful everyday work.
Your team has heard about AI, but the everyday questions remain: Where do we start? What can we share? How do we know the answer is right? A generic demonstration rarely answers those questions in the context of your business.
LANIX provides Microsoft Copilot training for businesses across the UK, built around the work your people actually do. We start with your team’s tasks, confidence and Microsoft 365 setup, then shape a practical session with plain-English examples and clear boundaries.
Who it is for: mixed-ability teams where some people already use AI and others have never opened Copilot; small businesses that need one practical session for everyone; and department-level training where finance, HR, marketing or operations each need examples that match their own work.
Whether you are introducing Copilot to a small pilot group or helping existing users get beyond the basics, the goal is the same: useful habits, better judgement and a clearer reason to use AI. Not sure your Microsoft 365 setup is ready? Start with a Copilot readiness assessment, or explore ready-made Copilot agents for your team.
Curriculum by role. Clear boundaries.
Modules are chosen by role, so each person practises on the apps and tasks they use every day. We agree the mix with you first, keeping the examples relevant to your people, licences and ways of working.
Draft proposals, campaign copy and client emails with a better starting point. Learn to give context, describe the audience and refine the result rather than accepting the first answer.
Ask questions of your data, build formulas, spot trends and explain findings in plain English. Examples are matched to the Copilot features available in your Microsoft 365 environment.
Summarise meetings, catch up on long chats and pull out follow-up actions. Learn what to check for accuracy and completeness before sharing a summary or assigning work.
Turn documents into first-draft presentations, prepare board updates and draft policies or job descriptions, with your own templates and tone of voice.
Understand what staff should and should not put into Copilot, when to use approved examples and when to ask for guidance. Training supports your policies; it does not replace a permissions or security review.
Build a habit of checking facts, figures, sources and tone. Know when a result needs more work, when to start again and when a task should stay with a person.
Training should help your team make better decisions, not just learn where to click. These are the outcomes we work towards together.
Give staff a small set of relevant tasks to practise instead of a long list of features they may never use.
Help people write clearer prompts, refine responses and recognise when an answer needs checking.
Create a shared understanding of approved use, sensitive information and responsibility for the final output.
Identify where Copilot is genuinely helpful, where it falls short and what to explore next before widening adoption.
No one-size-fits-all course. Your business goals shape the session from the start.
Share your team size, roles, current Copilot use and the tasks you want to improve.
We agree the role modules, then the format: on-site in London, remote across the UK, or a mix, in 90-minute, half-day or full-day sessions.
Explore relevant examples, practise clearer prompts and discuss the checks and boundaries that matter to your business.
Identify practical tasks to try next and a simple way to review what helps before expanding your use of Copilot.
Training works best with the right foundations. Check your readiness, look after your Microsoft 365 environment and explore role-based agents when your team is ready for more.

Business teams that want practical guidance on using Copilot in everyday work, from people who are new to AI to existing users who need a clearer approach. We regularly train small businesses, single departments and whole organisations.
Yes. Most teams are mixed. We group people by confidence where it helps, give beginners a solid foundation and give regular users more advanced prompts and workflows, so nobody is bored or left behind.
Modules are chosen by role: Word and Outlook for marketing and sales, Excel for finance, Teams meeting summaries for everyone and PowerPoint for leadership and HR, plus ground rules for safer use and checking AI output.
Both. We deliver on-site in London and remotely across the UK, in 90-minute, half-day or full-day sessions. Many businesses combine an on-site kickoff with shorter remote follow-ups.
Indicative prices start from around £795 for a half-day team workshop, £1,950 for a department programme and £4,500 for a business rollout, excluding VAT and licences. We confirm a fixed price before you commit.
No. You can enquire before buying licences. The features available for hands-on work depend on your Microsoft 365 products, licences and configuration, which we discuss when agreeing the session.
Yes. Simple ground rules cover what staff should and should not share, using approved examples and checking AI output. Training does not certify compliance; if your foundations need attention, a Copilot readiness assessment is a useful first step.
No. AI-generated content can be incorrect or incomplete. A key part of the training is learning how to check facts, figures and context, and keeping a person responsible for the final output.
