Unified Communications for a National Insurance Company
How LANIX connected more than 130 employees through resilient connectivity, integrated telephony and compliant communications recording.
Client Challenge
The company depended on high-speed connectivity for its core insurance applications, while employees needed to answer and manage business calls securely from the office, home or elsewhere. Communications had to be captured across the full customer journey, from initial enquiry and proposal through to acceptance and agreed terms. Separate connectivity, telephony, recording and messaging systems created gaps in continuity, control and regulatory evidence.
LANIX Solution
LANIX reviewed the complete communications journey, including application traffic, internet capacity, remote working, call handling, recording and compliance requirements, then implemented a unified design across connectivity and voice.
Project Delivery
Primary and failover connections were designed to maintain access to critical insurance applications if one service became unavailable. Telephony was built for hybrid working so employees could answer, transfer and manage calls securely anywhere. Call diversion, hunt groups, auto attendant, voicemail-to-email, messaging and automated responses created a consistent customer experience, while voice recordings and associated communications were retained with controlled access.
Why LANIX?
LANIX brought connectivity, telephony and communications recording into one managed design, strengthening business continuity and giving management the regulatory evidence it needed.
