London Head Office Relocation for a Luxury Jewellery Company

How LANIX delivered a business-ready London head office while protecting connections to retail locations worldwide.

Client Challenge

The company needed to relocate its London head office without interrupting links to retail locations around the world. Completion of the lease was delayed, compressing an already short installation window. Building restrictions limited options for bringing external connectivity into the office, the existing structured cabling had not been tested, and fibre, internal cabling, PoE devices and Wi-Fi all had to be ready before employees arrived.

LANIX Solution

LANIX began the technical work before lease completion. Background research, early engagement with the building and established provider relationships identified the fastest viable route for delivery. The office technology was then redesigned and implemented as one coordinated programme.

Project Delivery

LANIX worked with trusted connectivity contacts to secure a high-capacity fibre service within the shortest achievable installation window. The inherited cabling was surveyed, faults identified and cabling adapted for workstations, network equipment and selected PoE devices. Access points and switching were positioned for dependable office-wide Wi-Fi, and the network design preserved secure access between the London head office and international retail locations throughout the transition.

Why LANIX?

LANIX’s technical knowledge and understanding of connectivity providers turned a restricted, time-critical situation into a controlled relocation. Planning a London office move? Speak to LANIX before you sign the lease.
